We’ve got a stunner for Watch Wednesday with a titanium tool watch, the Tudor Pelagos, trending the charts. It’s a premium watch through and through, made in Switzerland with a 42mm titanium case and bracelet. The use of EDC’s favorite metal makes it much lighter than similar stainless steel dive watches, while also giving it that matte ‘anti-bling’ appeal that works well for daily wear. Its rotating, uni-directional titanium dive bezel also sports a matte black ceramic disc, with white luminescent markers for low-light legibility. Set beneath its sapphire crystal is the Pelagos’s black dial, complete with classic “snowflake” hands, white luminescent indices, and a date display at the 3 o’clock position. Tudor’s in-house, COSC-certified MT5621 automatic movement keeps the watch ticking with a power reserve of around 70 hours to boot. And in true dive watch fashion, the Pelagos boasts waterproofness down to 500m. Check out this excellent Swiss diver at the link below.
