Light Carry....

Got this as a gift. It's a big light at 4 3/4" long for EDC but can be carried if clipped in the back pocket. 1"-3.5" is what I consider optimal EDC Light length for easy front pocket or keychain carry. It is super bright at 350 lumens on high (3.5 hrs run time) and strobe modes (6 hrs) and 30 lumens on low (35 hrs). It has High, Strobe & Low and can be user programed through Streamlights Ten-Tap®. You can program High-Strobe-Low (Factory Default), High Only and Low-High. It's extremely simple quickly press the tail cap 9 times and on the tenth hold it in but don't click it. The light will blink and it is now on High Only. Repeat the process until you get your desired program. It has strike bezels on each end. This is more of wishful thinking verses real world application. It it really‚Äč isn't long enough for use as a kubaton unless you have tiny hands. Other than size (4 3/4" Long x 22.225 mm diameter) the only other downside is it runs on 2 yes count them 2 CR 123 3v batteries. It gets reasonable run time for such a bright light so it would make a great EDC Bag light. So far I'll admit it I'm impressed with it so far and I will add it to my rotation. At $39 - $45 for a multifunction 350 lumens light from a solid manufacturer like Streamlight I'd say this is a winner.
