SureFire EB1 Backup

Let's face it, you'll inevitably get caught in the dark. It happens, there's no sun half the day after all. That is, unless you're prepared with a compact flashlight in your everyday carry. As far as tactical EDC flashlights go, SureFire have led the way with their Backup line. The newly updated EB1 is their best yet, and it may just be the help your EDC needs.

The EB1 Backup comes with two modes, activated by a forward clicky tail switch. The switch lets it silently and instantly activate on High for tactical use. This High setting can output 300 lumens for 1.3 hours, and its Low setting keeps 5 lumens going for up to 40 hours. Paired with a Total Internal Reflection (TIR) lens, the EB1 produces a floody, general-purpose beam. It's still powered by the same CR123A its predecessor used, and maintains a similar, compact size. You can easily slip the light into your pockets given its 4.4-inch length and weighing only 3.3 ounces with its battery. With the included two-way clip, you can carry the EB1 on your clothing or gear to suit your preference.

There's no need to baby the light either. Its coated tempered window,  mil-spec hard anodizing, and weatherproof o-ring and gasket sealing ensure its durability even with the hardest use. Would you really want any less from a light that could potentially save your life?

There's no substitute for a backup you can always rely on. Let the EB1 be yours by picking it up at the link below.
