The Drop: Leatherman Bolster Multi-tool
While it’s been around for what seems like ages, the Leatherman Super Tool 300 continues to trend on our charts as a go-to choice for bigger and tougher tasks. Weighing in at 9.6 ounces and measuring 4.5" closed, this heavy-duty multi-tool features 19 functions geared towards construction and industrial applications, but work especially well for everyday tasks. Like many in the Leatherman range, it’s a butterfly fold design built around a pair of pliers. But not just any pliers--these are larger and the toughest that Leatherman makes. The combination needlenose and regular pliers integrate replaceable wire cutters, paired with ruled handles. Inside the handles you can unfold the rest of the tools, which include different-sized screwdrivers, a can and bottle opener, a file, a saw, and an awl. Last but not least, this multi-tool lets you bring along two knife blades: a clip point with a plain edge and a sheepsfoot with a serrated edge, both made from tough and easily sharpened 420HC stainless steel. If you’re looking for a larger and tougher multi-tool for your EDC, the venerable Leatherman Super Tool 300 could be the one for you. Check it out at the link below.
