Getting decent style and functionality onto your wrist isn’t an expensive proposition thanks to the timeless digital designs from Japanese watchmaker Casio. Known for their robust line of G-Shock watches, the brand also offers value-packed and stylish alternatives like the Casio AE1200WH-1A World Time from their Classic Collection. Nicknamed “Casio Royale” by watch enthusiasts because of a resemblance to a timepiece used in the James Bond film of the same name, this quartz model packs reliability and performance into a 39.5mm wide resin case that’s rated water resistant up to 100 meters. Aside from the ability to display all 31 different time zones, you get the standard stopwatch, alarm, and countdown timer functions from its digital module, which is powered for the long haul by a 10-year lithium battery. The LCD display can be backlit with a press of a dedicated button, and it features digital time, a small analog-style watch face on the upper left corner, plus a world map that makes it easy to visualize and select time zones. If you’re looking for a practical and functional daily driver with a bit of retro appeal, the Casio AE1200WH-1A could be right up your alley. Check it out at the link below.

Nice. I got that Anker flashlight. Nice to keep in car!

Sorry I have to correct something, being both a watch enthusiast and a Bond fan, the watch that this Casio model bears a resemblance to is a Seiko that was seen in Octopussy, one of the classic Bond films, and not in Casino Royale. But the nickname still applies 😁
