Known for their collaborations with popular and veteran knife designers, CRKT brings innovative and unique designs within reach for the majority of the EDC community. Aside from a totally new knife, the brand from Oregon presents refreshing new takes on their best-selling models, giving fans of their knives a new collectible colorway, or a completely new look and feel. Whether you’re in the market for a new knife to add to your collection or a fresh take on your favorite CRKT model, these five new releases are worth a look.

CEO Bamboo

The popular CEO gentleman’s knife is back with a new color and handle design. Taking inspiration from its namesake plant’s toughness and resilience, the CRKT CEO Bamboo replaces the black, smooth and patterned GFN handles of the original with light green textured ones that offer unique aesthetics and more grip. The 8Cr13MoV blade is now black stonewashed to complete the look. The same smooth action is there, thanks to the IKBS ball bearing system in the pivot, and it still carries in your pants or jacket pocket like a champ with its slim profile and deep-carry clip.

Provoke Desert Sand

The latest iteration of this unique, morphing, karambit-style knife features a more discreet appearance that fits in easily with your outdoor or camo kit. The Provoke Desert Sand uses a durable and corrosion-resistant Cerakote finish and a tough and wear-resistant D2 steel blade. The signature Kinematic opening action deploys the 2.41" chisel-ground hawkbill blade with a push of your thumb, allowing for rapid manual deployment without changing your grip. The pocket clip is built around the finger hole and sits flush with the handle, staying out of the way when the Provoke is in use.

Razelcliffe

Continuing the Razel knife tradition, which includes the CRKT Razel and Folding Razel, this latest design from knifemaker Jon Graham offers a unique take on the utilitarian wharncliffe blade shape. It forgoes the fine tip for two edges, one sharpened just above the point of the blade. This turns the Razelcliffe into a modified tanto, giving you a robust piercing point while retaining the EDC-friendly shape of its 2.125" 8Cr13MoV blade. This 3.3-ounce compact flipper features a stainless steel framelock for retention, and an IKBS ball bearing pivot for smooth action. Last but not least, a deep carry pocket clip lets you tuck the Razelcliffe away securely in your pants or pack, ready to be of use when you need it.

Jumbones Blackout

The Jumbones is the big brother to the slim and modern CRKT Crossbones, and gets the job done with a large 4.8" AUS-8 blade. It’s more than capable of handling your EDC cutting tasks, and offers a tough and corrosion-resistant edge that’s easy to touch up out in the field. A prominent flipper tab and the IKBS ball bearing system whips it quickly out of the 6.125" aluminum handles. Internal locking liners keep the blade secure during use, while a deep-carry pocket clip keeps the knife discreetly out of the way when you don’t need it. The Jumbones Blackout puts a tactical spin on this 5.7-ounce, full-sized EDC knife, letting it blend in nicely with your all-black kit.

Crossbones Bronze

Last but not least, CRKT’s award-winning Crossbones design gets a new look, forgoing the monochromatic silver and grey combination for a splash of bronze. This Jeff Park design gives you a slender yet sturdy slicer in a lightweight 2.4 ounce package. Its 3.54" AUS-8 blade deploys fast via flipper tab, and retracts neatly into the 4.52" aluminum handles by disengaging the nestled locking liners. A deep-carry clip and a lanyard hole built into the aluminum backspacer give you retention and retrieval options for this popular folder.
