The Signature Lite offers a complete EDC in itself with its 8 functions including a knife, pen, and flashlight. The Spartan represents Victorinox’s 91mm line and offering a capable tool with 12 functions within its medium-sized frame, including two larger blades, drivers, openers, and the usual pair of slots for a toothpick and tweezers. The polispectral process adds a layer of chromium oxide to the stainless steel components of each tool, producing not only a smooth and glossy dark finish, but also an extra layer of durability and depth to the tools’ designs. The resulting monochrome tone adds an exotic touch and collectibility to tools you may have already seen before, and fits perfectly with any EDC, especially one with an all-black theme in mind.
Hunter Pro Red Alox
Just in time for the holidays, Victorinox is giving their Hunter Pro the Alox treatment in their iconic red colorway. It gives this rugged, outdoor-ready knife some high-visibility on the campsite while also making it a stylish statement piece in your urban EDC. The Hunter Pro Red Alox is not to be confused with its smaller cousins in the Victorinox lineup. It was designed for the outdoors, which means that the use case for the Hunter Pro is more than opening packages in the office. When the cutting jobs get tougher, the knife needs to remain up to the task. That’s why this comes with 3.8” drop-point blade and a matching 5” handle for maximum comfort while slicing. The ribbed Alox scales (aluminum with a protective layer of anodic oxidation) also help with grip so every cut is taken with confidence. The lockback mechanism also keeps the blade securely in place when you don’t need it, but deploys in a pinch thanks to the large thumbhole.
Making gear rugged enough for the outdoors doesn’t mean that carrying it has to be inconvenient. Victorinox knows a thing or two about designing for your pockets after all, it comes with a removable clip for deep pocket carry. If you want to be more discreet it also comes with a paracord lanyard which makes it easier to retrieve from your pocket or bag and also might come in handy if you ever find yourself in an emergency situation.
FieldForce Sport Chrono
The FieldForce is Victorinox’s take on the racing-inspired sport chronograph, offering the classic 3-dial chrono face and tachymeter scale bezel in striking high-visibility colorways as well as more traditional and understated options. At its heart is a Swiss-made analog quartz movement with chronograph and date complications, housed in a 42mm steel case with a screw-in caseback and under a scratch-resistant, triple-coated, and anti-reflective sapphire crystal. The quartz movement gives the watch more precise timekeeping, and large hands and numerals with color accents paired with Super-LumiNova lume give excellent legibility.
You have the option of a genuine rubber sport band or the classic steel bracelet to match your activity and the rest of your carry, with eight total combinations to suit your style. 10ATM/100 meters of water resistance also means the FieldForce is ready to be your reliable timekeeper, no matter the weather condition.
