This is simply the best thing I have on my key ring! EDC and every day use!

These things are honestly the worst-made things I've ever bought. I've had like six replacements, all broke or failed. I gave up getting replacements for them and just carry a short, official iPhone cable in my pocket instead. Customer service is very good, but a terrible, terrible product.

Hmm, even after the redesign? That's a shame. I'm currently testing an MFi certified short cable by Native Union, maybe that'll be a worthy upgrade.
Jasper Tandy ·
Yeah. I had the original one and the new one. All died.

I bought the original one and the ring broke so they sent me a free replacement of the redesign (had to pay shipping) and it's stayed on my keychain so far. The only problem with the redesign is the plastic that covers the USB part broke off. Contacted their customer service and was told it can happen and is for appearance only and is not needed for actual use.

A+ for their customer service!
