Making waves on our trending charts for this Timepiece Thursday is the Seiko Prospex “Save the Ocean” Samurai. As another one of Seiko’s excellent dive watches, this particular Samurai model sports a beautiful blue-black patterned dial and unidirectional rotating bezel, resembling deep waters and ocean waves. Inside its 44mm stainless steel case, a 23-jewel, 4R35 automatic movement keeps the watch ticking, complete with a date display, hacking seconds, and power reserve. Luminous hands and markers offer low-light legibility, which comes especially handy at depth when leveraging the watch’s 200m of water resistance. The watch comes on a stainless steel bracelet to match its classic “submariner” style case. You can pick up this beautiful nautically themed dive watch for your EDC at the link below.
