Over the years, KAI USA Ltd. and Rick Hinderer have churned out a lot of collaborations. These have given people access to the knifemaker’s iconic designs, executed with premium materials and high production values. If you’re looking for a slimmer and more compact Hinderer design, the Zero Tolerance 0566CF would be right up your alley. It’s the smaller brother to other models like the heavy duty ZT 0562CF, and the 5.3 ounce, spring-assisted flipper knife brings the same level of sturdiness and performance as its brethren. It sports a 3.25" stonewashed CPM-S35VN blade that offers great wear- and corrosion-resistance—good qualities for an everyday, take-anywhere knife. The drop point design features a compound, "Hinderer-style" grind that makes it good not only for slicing and cutting, but robust enough for piercing tasks as well. The 0566CF uses premium carbon fiber scales on the show side of its 4.45" handle, while the other side features a titanium framelock bolstered by a lockbar stabilizer. Finally, a four-position, deep-carry pocket clip lets you EDC the Zero Tolerance 0566CF with ease. Check out this robust, spring-assisted flipper at the link below.
